These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ringback mobile app and related services ("Ringback", the "Service"), operated by Nixflex Enterprises LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Ringback, you agree to these Terms.
Ringback provides an AI receptionist that answers calls to a business phone number, captures caller details, and presents them to you. Features may include call summaries, transcripts, follow-up messages, appointment booking, and reminders. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The Service may record and transcribe calls. You are responsible for complying with all call-recording, privacy, and consent laws that apply to you and your callers, and for informing callers as required by law.
Ringback is pay-as-you-go. You are charged for the talk time your AI uses, at the per-minute rate shown in the app, drawn from credit you top up. A separate monthly subscription applies to keep each phone number. New accounts include a limited free trial of minutes; unused trial minutes expire and do not roll over. Fees are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Ringback relies on third-party providers (telephony, voice, payments, hosting, email, calendar). Their availability is outside our control, and your use of any third-party integration you connect is also subject to that provider's terms.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nixflex Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost business, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using Ringback and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or others.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
